Abstract

Women had to face a variety of problems in the work spot, but the current study shows a change in the trend for both beneficiaries of Prime Minister’s Rojgar Yojana and non-beneficiaries. The problem faced at home by the beneficiaries was not severe by for non-beneficiaries they faced much difficulty in combining career with household responsibilities. The women entrepreneurs should be registered with the government (informal to formal sector), so that they can be given help during the time of need. Government should create awareness regarding the incentives / concessions and organize more awareness programme to women entrepreneurs through various media. Women’s association should come forward to help\ participate in women entrepreneurs’ development.
