Abstract

This paper aims to investigate and analyze the various factors that contribute to a positive in-store shopping experience. As the retail landscape evolves, understanding these factors becomes crucial for businesses seeking to create an environment that not only attracts customers but also fosters satisfaction and loyalty. The study employs a multidimensional approach, examining aspects such as store layout, customer service, technology integration, product availability, and ambient factors. By synthesizing existing literature the paper provides insights into the dynamic nature of in-store shopping and offers practical recommendations for retailers looking to optimize the overall shopping experience.
