Gastronomic tourism is emerging as a significant sector in the travel and hospitality industry, particularly in culturally rich regions like Ajman, UAE (Kim & Iwashita, 2016; Wolf, 2002). This paper explores the state of gastronomic tourism in Ajman, examining case studies of local cuisine, food festivals, and contemporary culinary trends (Hall & Mitchell, 2001). It highlights the economic impact, cultural preservation, and challenges facing this growing sector (Smith & Xiao, 2008; Kivela & Crotts, 2006). Through a quantitative analysis involving 400 sampling units segmented by age, gender, marital status, and educational background, the research tests five hypotheses related to the influence of gastronomic tourism on local economies and cultural heritage. Findings indicate that gastronomic tourism can drive economic growth while preserving culinary traditions, but challenges such as infrastructure and quality control must be addressed (Everett & Aitchison, 2008).
