This study investigates how Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) influence employee engagement within the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on Health care sector Employee engagement is a crucial driver of organizational performance, influencing factors like job satisfaction, retention, and overall productivity. Through a quantitative approach using structured data analysis, the study evaluates how well-defined KPIs—such as workplace satisfaction, performance feedback, and opportunities for growth—impact engagement levels. The findings indicate that when KPIs are realistic, strategically aligned, and effectively communicated, they serve as powerful motivators for employees. Positive correlations between engagement and key factors such as job satisfaction and career development highlight the value of data-driven performance metrics. This research offers practical insights for healthcare institutions aiming to foster a more motivated and committed workforce through structured KPI management.
