Abstract

This paper examines the awareness of E-Commerce and online shopping which has wider scope by its nature. E-commerce, or the process of buying and selling goods and services through the internet, has dramatically transformed the global retail landscape. With rapid digitalization, online shopping has gained immense popularity across various demographics. While urban centers have experienced a widespread adoption of e-commerce, rural regions, such as Chande Village in Tehsil Mulshi, are often less aware of the benefits and opportunities offered by online shopping. This study explores the awareness, adoption, and attitudes toward e-commerce in Chande Village, providing an in-depth analysis of the residents' understanding and usage of online shopping platforms.
